We’re New Yorkers with personal connections to the events of 9/11. Since launching our Ground Zero tours in 2012, we’ve shown thousands of locals and travelers around Ground Zero. It’s a chance to remember, reflect, and even celebrate the heroes and resilience of this incredible city.

Here’s a little more about who we are:

• We’re professional tour guides, licensed by New York City. Our company, ExperienceFirst, was born in New York and offers several NYC tours if you want to see more of the city.
• We work in partnership with the 9/11 Memorial to provide guided tours, but we aren’t the National September 11 Memorial.
• Our tours are designed to provide a richer experience to those looking to understand the events of Sept. 11, 2001, and the memorial.
• Beyond New York, we’ve expanded to some of the world’s best cities and attractions, from Sagrada Família tours to Eiffel Tower tours and beyond.
